Augustus the Cunning

Another character from my Challengers story, this is Augustus AKA Imperiex Ceasar, another of the 12 generals. His guardian God manifests itself as the Imperial Flagship, Gladius. He commands the bulk of the Imperial forces, the Gladius itself can hold up to 300 Mecha Beasts and its Escort fleet is 20 strong. The Gladius also has a special ability, The lining on it are not just designs but miniature gunlines that fire simultaneously as if a net of light to protect the Gladius from any incoming attack, the artillery of the ship is also synchronized to Augustus' eyes if necessary which means any enemy that Augustus sees is good as sunk.

As is with the outsider generals, Augustus also began his life from his historical self, Augustus Ceasar. After his death, his soul was reborn into his new body to server the emperor. He is a strict person, but a brilliant strategist and organizer, when he is not in the battlefield he is usually with the Matriarch, Mariko discussing the internal affairs of the empire. He has a close knit relationship with Joan the Kind, moreso with the other Generals and he often gets into fights with the womanizing General Alexader [yet to appear] over her. While he is not physically skilled in combat as the other Generals, his bulk and strength is worth noting as an addenum to his cunning.
